I did not hear the song "No surprises" before, so I checked the video. The only thing that could sound like that one is the intro. But I don't think that Jason even likes that band, I just don't hear the influence of them on him. Jason's is so much better.

I love Mraz. Check out the other Jason from San Diego, "Jason Turtle". They actually know each other and Turtle opened for Mraz in the early days. Turtle went from acoustic/solo to electric band recently.
