Coolt. Jag har en axelskada sen typ två månader tibax. Skedde under styrketräningen, det är vänstra framsida axeln och enligt sjukgymnasten så är det ingen sträckning utan bara en överbelastning. Jag hade tänkt ta koppning men sett att dom som funkar bäst för såna skador som min är den type nav koppning då kopparna lämnas på kroppen tills det blir blått.
