Thank you for this video! I got the TC-P60S30 model of the Panasonic VIERA and I took the panel off today and did exactly what you said. Mine is a little different I tightened the 3 screws in the upper right corner and it fixed it! I got cheap, didn't get the warranty, bought the tv in June 2011. First 8 months it was very quiet, then this week it started buzzing. I am glad this really worked. TV is brand new again thumbs up!
Dude thanks for the video, my TV is back to normal sound levels just by tightening that screw. Going from a dark screen to a white/light screen was so obnoxious before today.

NOTE this does not work.... this guy just got lucky bc i took the back off tighten every screw its something else im working to fix this issue now...

@demise3601 It's been almost a year since I did this. I don't think there was much to it other than unscrewing screws. Be sure to ground yourself.
