In all honesty, he is not as good an orator as I thought he was. I don't understand what he's saying but even without that I can see that he has a boring and monotone voice. He doesn't say any of it with passion. Unlike when I here Hitler (I don't understand him either) or Lenin speak. They always start yelling and speak passionately which make them sound much more convincing.

Germans' mistake was, that Hitler claimed solely knowledge about military campaigns and warfare and was in charge of command. The Generals weren't allowed to make their own decisions though they were urgently needed on the frontline, like a regular retreat and the other problem was a far too long supply line and the lack of essential things like gas and ammunition. With more freedom for decisons in the High Command of the Wehrmacht then, Germany would be a world power today.
