I remember watching the Globetrotters way back in the 70's, on ABC's Wide World of Sports, with Meadowlark Lemon, Curly Neal, and Goose Tatum. They made regular appearances on that show. I've never been a huge basketball fan, but I'd go to a Globetrotters game any day.

I'm now 45 and I remember watching these guys during the 70's they never fail to produce a laugh or a smile , they also for once let us know it's for the love of the game and making people happy.
