while rob is one the best wryer/singer out there he got help for three of his biggest songs.--For their third album, More Than You Think You Are, the band revived more of a rock sound. Thomas shared the songwriting efforts with the other band members on several songs. The album again spawned successful singles "Disease" (written with Mick Jagger), "Unwell", and "Bright Lights". The album was not as successful commercially as the previous two, and received mixed reviews from critics.

Doesn't get any better than that!!!!!!! Matchbox twenty is a REAL band, and this performance shows how great each guy is!!! Reminds you of how Paul John & George were so distinctive and how the 3 "flavours" blended so well. That is the quality I love most of Matchbox twenty. They compliment each other so well. Best band in the world right now!

I've been fortunate to have seen MB20 in concert 3 times. Each show better than the last. I hope that they tour again. Would love to see them. And yeah...Kyle is an awesome singer, too. He sings the chorus on Hang. Great band...great concerts! And Rob Thomas...:::sigh:::: LOL

Kyle Cook has to be one of the most criminally underrated guitarists ever!.... always plays the perfect part to compliment the song.... he adds so much to the music without ever detracting from the song! and a great voice besides!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Matchbox Twenty doing a Beatle song!!!!! That's what the Beatles would want. I think they do an amazing job with this one, and also check out Don't Let Me Down!!! They do it great too!!! They are true musicians, the best out there these days!!! No one else other than John Paul George & Ringo could do the Beatles better.

I'm afraid not dude, Paul McCartney wrote it and Joe Cocker covered it a year after the Beatles released it. They released it in 1969 Joe Cocker released it in 1970, very definitely Joe Cocker covering the Beatles.

They perform bright lights/ she came in through the bathroom window on the series live from Abbey Road on the sundance channel, I don't think they put it on the dvd though!!! :( my buddy has it on TiVo and its amazing. they're in the studio so its amazing sound quality!
