dude with this thing mic'd up in a studio & a little reverb/delay whatever it would be virtually indiscernible from lynch's old Plexi. great little amp!
What are your settings on here? I just bought a JVM 205H and it sure is a great amp. I am having a lot of fun with this thing. Great playing and tone!
does anyone know a similar type amp to the jvm i have a bugera v22 and a ibanez rg but not doing the van halen type distortion well at all almost no gain got a hot british pedal but too loose no tight distortion i want a jvm style sounding amp for under 700 dollars dont mind if used anyone know some amps
I just got a 410H and there is no simple answer... it's very versatile so yes you could still get OK tones at low volume. Personally I do not recommend it for bedroom use as it is too easy to get silly!

Sorry, no Lynch tone from that amp. Your playing is pretty good, lov the Lynch riffs, but if ya want real Lynch tone then get a Soldano or a Randall Lynch Box. Yea Lynch played a Marshall head long ago, but he always returns to Soldano. The Lynch Box is his signature head, but I seen him on stage just recently with a Soldano. Soldano rapes Marshall!!!
Your playing and tone are great. How is the low end thump on this combo? Do you think that I would notice a lot of difference in the low end response if I bought the 50 watt JVM205H head and a 2 X 12 cabinet instead of the JVM205C combo?
With the resonance knob, you can fine-tune the low-end resonance on the combo. But at higher volumes, only a closed-back cab has that certain "knock". If you play heavy music that uses that, then you should get a closed-back cab. For everything else, the combo is just as good.
whats that guitar and pickup ?

Great music selection and playing. Hey, can that amp's volume go low enough to play in an apartment or bedroom. Thanks in advance.

I ended up buying a Splawn Quick Rod and a 2 x 12 Avatar closed back cabinet and I could not be happier with it. The Marshall is a great amp though.
