from my point of view, the oroblem is when you sit. . you pussh your buttocks to the front. the consequence is that half higher part of the body goes slightly backwards. you can see it on YT. aniway you are doing fine. You also should show yor feet. If you want, i can you a tip to correct it
i have done this sitting (to see if some-one handicapped or elderly could still get beneficial results) and it still works well mentally and from the waist up, but there is of course no leg workout, peace...
you don't need the legs. I know a operson who had esclerosis. She took a chinese doctor that give her herbs and teeached her the sirting in a chair "standing" meditation. She did it for 5 hours a day . 3 years later she was swimming
sitting is indian yoga; standing is chinese qigong. sitting makes you healthy, but standing makes you both healthy and strong. Actually standing qigong is not meditation, its just standing and relaxing i.e. you can listen to music as well for relaxation. Indian yoga is more for enlightment this whereas chinese qigong is for strength like BruceLee
Meditation is meditation. layng down, sitting, standing, or just living. If you already are a "medidator", why not stand up or walk. The most important is not form, but spirit

remember to keep your weight on the balls of your feet as you zen, almost as if someone could slip a piece of paper under your heels...

@jimmydemoret The weight between the ball of the foot and the heel is better when you are standing in ping bu zhuang during a long time.
