Im not so very good in english, but here goes. Got to split it into several comments.

première: this is the absolutely first time this musicvideo is showed on TV.

"My Street" is the first song from Kurt Nilsens upcoming album which is being released 8. november.

The song is about the street where Kurt himself was raised, in Prestestien housing associations in Åsene in Bergen.

according to Kurt Nilsen himself, Prestestien must be North-Europes largest housing associations.

It's however not where the video is played in. The street recording is done at Sinsen in Oslo.

While the scenes where Kurt sits, sings and plays guitar is done at the pub, Pigalle.

Kurt was after own statement a little, but innocent prank while he lived in this street.

And it was also here he fell in love for the first time - In a girl who lived in the neighbour block.

It was a brief affair since Kurt had to leave for summerholiday at the hut with the family.

And when he came home 14 days later she had moved. Since then he havent seen her.

Since Kurt Nilsen won the first round of "Idol" he have experienced an incredible adventure.

The debutalbum "I" has until now sold over 180 000 copies throughout the world.

While the single "She's So High" have topped the hitlist in throughout 6 european countries.

And theres not many who have forgotten the victory in "World Idol" 1. january this year.

When the whole nation took off and Kurt even got congratulation telegram from the prime minister.

Upon home arrival in Bergen he was met by thousands of crazy Bergen inhabitants at the airport.

Maybe not so strange he doesnt expect such a hysteria when he now releases a new album.

Kurts new album is played in at the Disclabs studio in Oslo at the duo who...

This guy deserves to be as big as a star as he wants to be. His voice is superb, always was, but his phrasing and feeling for the songs is equally impressive. His is definately been my favourite playlist for the last year or so. I'm actually beginning to feel sorry for people who don't know who he is!
