@tmg859 I wont Flame you, but when you hit a certain ranged lvl, ( 46 ) you can use Ruby bolts (e) these bolts have a certain special effect wich will drain 10% of your hp and 20 % of the opponent, its not a private server :) ofcourse he wont hit this on players, but since a steel titan has lots more hp he can hit that :)

After: Contitution is called that and you have 10x as many "lifepoints" as your level. All damage and healing was multiplies 10x.

Jagex did it so new players wouldn't be discouraged from hitting 0s. It helps to make leveling some skills slightly more worth it. For example, before you'd hit 17 from 95-97 ranged and 18 at 99...

I swear all of you must have started playing yesterday.

1.)There was a time, long ago where life points on players were measured 10-99 instead of the 100-990 of nowadays.

2.)The spec on Ruby bolts(e) takes away 20% of the opponents lp and 10% of the attacker's.

3.)Steel titans lp:7540 converted to 754 or 755 then, 20% is 150 roughly which is the max hit on it. Convert it to the lp measurements now and he hit 1500 on it.

The highest hit i think is 2000 with an angry weapon during A Soul's Bane.
