Might I remind you that the store is NOT dlc, and that everything in tf2 can be gotten for free in-game (aside from keys and various donations), the store is just a paid shortcut. But you are right on the Portal 2 aspect, I completely forgot about that. I was even hoping that I'd get something for getting all the Portal 2 achievements, but nope :(
