Actually it is the Stage 2 system - but to your point with cooler weather and a set of race slicks hi 10's should be atained if the stock rear end can hold.
nice. my uncle has a C5 Z06. 3rd run on the track his rearend broke hard. so he got a tougher one (i forget how many splines) but he put a pretty big cam in it, underdrives, headers, light flywheel, upgraded nitto's, etc and he runs around 11.3 on average. he took me out on the highway in it and my feet started to go numb from the blood getting pushed up into my body lol. he went through a $1600 racing clutch in about a year and a half though lol good run btw.
My 1st QTR mile run with street tires and taking it easy on the stock rearend. This car has the potential for upper 10's with Slicks and a beafed up rear end. 11.70's with stock motor is strong for a 01 Z06 - you must be dumping the clutch.
he needs to get procharger stage II kit it will put him in the high 10sec

weird. the record is 11.94. 01 w/ slicks and intake. 11.55 is the record for 02+ intake/slicks.
