It wasn't Bush's fault that La Governor and NO mayor waited 36+ hours after the disaster was declared & 12 hours after Bush called (to practically beg them to evacuate). It wasn't Bush that left over 500 buses in the parking lots. It wasn't bush that waited 24 hours to decided on which federal plan to sign off on.

His hands were tied until those two idiots made up their minds, once the decision was made you saw every resource avaiable coming to aid those people.
