If a normal legislative session is 20 weeks long and you are taking 8 weeks off that means there are only 12 weeks of session. SO YES GOVERNMENT WOULD NOT GROW IN THOSE REMAINING 8 WEEKS because you all are out on VACATION!!!! Insightful!!!
