  • Hello there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • WTF? This is the first time I heard her say bull sh*t

  • Did she say Bull Sh_t?

  • It's sad how horrible most americans eat.

  • The Onion News Network has the answer! Just eat a dam vegetable!

    youtuDOTbe/BOyebcrVWb4

  • Oink oink, people are getting piggier and piggier, why?, give a pig more mud the happier will be. Indigenous people eat good food and they move and work physically, Americans? bed, breakfast, car, seat, couch, tv, bed. I wounder why heart disease are the number one killer

  • ok.. so what is your connection to this doctor? lol. I thought this was for the chiropractor and I see the same chick who was getting her back cracked now making some random video.

  • LMFAO!! LOVE the Cave Man w/ the Fast Food Tray!! Hahahahahahahaha!!! AWESOME!!

  • i want to see more mental health videos my therapist said my house was a crack housthanks for posting videos becouse not all mental health want to do a good job like you ;)

  • Interesting video, you can watch expert's opinion on overweight /watch?v=9QpzdK7wdYY

  • IT'S FAIR TO SAY THAT THIS BRAINLESS CHIMPANZEE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT FARMING.

  • Nice, funny, and a good reference to the rest of your vids.

  • This is all the more reason why we need to stop factory farming animals, especially on a large scale.

  • fattened up for the slaughter house (FEMA CAMPS).

  • sugar doesn't turn into fat lol glycogen is stored for later use.

  • Comment removed

  • @adfadfewfrewafawefaw No but insulin, which is used to break down sugar, also tells your body to store fat.

  • I had a weird cartoony dream a long time ago. pretty simple plot- 2012 is when aliens return to earth. why? because they want to eat us. can u imagine the horror?? thats why quezacotl is depicted in codex (the feathered serpent) returning to earth, devouring a human. haha that would be great if thats what really happens (1 part xfiles, 1 part bad syfy movie)

  • "@redreaper: this why I am so happy and proud to be American. It isn't as simple as just eating less when certain foods spark the appetite. Whole unprocessed and absolutely no additives in foods is the way to go. I am vegan for animals welfare. Eating tons of veggies is very healing.

  • God she's ugly

  • @justinbankers i think she's cute.

  • @justinbankers , God's handy work, he would not be of the same opinion - does it make you feel better to put someone else down? how sad are you

  • @LianaSeini I'm actually quite happy at the moment. If she is God's handywork did he fall asleep halfway through the job?

  • Interesting... but there are some Mixed Messages here: first you say that grains in general (well, the most commonly-eaten ones) are responsible for much of the weight gain, and only later do you key in on the fact that unlike with farm animal diets, where the grains are always whole and unprocessed, for human diets its the processing that's the REAL villain... grains in as unrefined a form as possible, can be a very nutritious and essentially non-fattening component of a healthy diet.

  • @altareggo Sorry for the confusion. Unrefined, natural grains are a nutritious food (unless you are gluten intolerant). Animals are not meant to eat grains-- they are bad for the animal's health and makes the meat less healthy for us to eat. Humans are not made to eat processed, enriched flour so it lends to weight gain and bad health.

  • When I saw this in the subscription queue I immediately thought the words, "thank you". Your reason for producing this video was instantly clear to me, and was deeply resonating for me. Thank you so much. This comprehensive examination is SO ENTIRELY needed by many mired by weight & desperate for some perspective, particularly in the U.S. This journalistic focus is uplifting & enlightening to humanity. Once again, thank you!

  • Gooooo

    Vegan !

  • I'm a fruitarian and lost a lot of weight. I'm not anorexic!

  • I love how she keeps saying "We're being fed" like we have no choice in what they eat...LOL

  • @baddestbarbii While we do have some choices in our diet, more than 80% of the foods sold in grocery stores or restaurants (esp. fast food) is Processed, Refined, Factory-Farmed, etc. To eat healthy, we have to avoid most mainstream foods and prepare our own. If we aren't informed and we don't go out of our way to eat healthy, then we eat what's available, affordable and convenient.

  • @psychetruth americans are just greedy idiots.

its not so much about the food as how much they eat of it.

  • @baddestbarbii The "choices" we have, are mostly garbage. Even Whole Foods and Organic Products are NOT what you Think they are. Did you know that GMOs and "Enriched" Flour are Banned in Europe?? I suggest you continue w/ your research. Try "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan. It was a New York Times Best Seller back in ~2006.

  • Goddamn motherfucking right we are! Fucking FAT Americans

  • You know the people in those pictures are gonna see this.

  • great job with videos.. that`s what our society need... education in nutrition, life style and stuff like that :)

  • Cows and pigs being compared to Americans. How insulting to cows and pigs !

  • Her videos are so much better now! she talks so much more naturally. Its great

  • I love your videos!

  • complex carbs vs simple carbs (not stored)

  • msg

  • How did this creature evolve? Somehow they crossed a sheep with a pig(nose, though it's crooked) and got it to talk(complain)

So she knew that she was going to go on video and still wore that shirt???

  • Junk food! They hide sugar in every bit of it!

  • 1. It's funny when you realize that the USDA 2000-2500 diet is 60% carbs, which doesn't help.

    2. Fatty meat does not equal increased lean mass. That is a major issue with the logic we use in raising meat. Just like the use of GH, even though GH cannot penetrate myocytes, thus it does not effect muscle size/meat quantity.

    3. Eeew, soy, a product that lowers testosterone, and therefore, muscle size/met quantity.

    4. "A lot less obese" is poor grammar.

    Cont...

  • @karite36

    5. Everybody is fucking lazy, that's the issue.

    6. "Bullshit" is a very respectable scientific term! None the less, we are programmed to eat when food is available, we evolved for MILLIONS of years. What separates US from THEM is food availability, and activity level.

Those are my gripes with this.

I do however agree that it would be wise to limit ultra-processed foods.

  • Maybe you evolved. My ancestors were all human.

  • 0:25 McWorld and we work like dogs just to keep our low-paying jobs. That's your answer. Stress + fatty food = fat gross people.

If you want to get rid of obesity in America, start shaming fat people. In Europe if you're grotesque people will stop and actually stare at you. In America if you're grotesque they'll start a movement for you and tell you to "love yourself" and some fru-fru bullshit. People need to just fucking stop eating so goddamn much. It's not goddamned rocket science.

  • i cold turkeyed all that shit food and i havent had a craving since. eating healthy tastes just as good.

  • Very well said! People need to be aware of what we are eating!

  • How dare you call Americans farm animals?!! No need to insult the defenseless livestock.

  • @bhitt99 Fuck off euro trash.

  • im not a christian but , does not god told you do not eat pigs ?

  • Our food IS NOT THE SAME as it was 30 years ago!!! Corn, Soybeans and Canola are all GMO foods. Its not just processing!!! The DNA is different. We're getting fatter on GMO foods.

  • 1:54 O.O

  • people cannot just 'stop' eating those things they are going to need some help with dietary supplementation. Obese people are actually starving from a biochemical and cell effiency point of view. This video is a little infantile and doent really discuss anything 'deep'. It would have made more sense to point out which herbs help to cleanse and detach the body from dependancy to these substances. Things such as corn syrup are actually drugs. Its like saying to a junkie 'just stop taking heroin'

  • @Meriamen There's only so much info we can give in one video. We have several videos that mention these points- the foods are addictive, they cause nutritional deficiences, most food additives are drugs, etc. I love your idea of a video about how to cleanse the body and get off the foods-- we're on it. Thanks for your comment!

  • @psychetruth ...i agree w/ Meriamen's point, though not w/ the Tone. I think it's easy for people to understand what Foods are BAD. i think the REAL challenge for people, is finding relatively simple Healthy Foods & Preparation/Cooking Skills and appropriate Cooking Gear to replace the Garbage.

  • @Meriamen Yes,you're absolutely right;corn syrup is JUST LIKE HEROIN!!!! LOL!! Maybe we could all use that herb called methadone to help with corn syrup consumption.

  • @Meriamen thats y they let a girl do it she is gentileee " non offensive ^.^

  • This video is so... too late. americans are meant to be fat!

  • omg... Finally americans start to worry about their weight.. loL :D

  • excellent video & logic

  • Yeahey! I Live in Japan. Obesity rates only 3%

  • you have lost it animals are clearly not eating refined white bread and sugary drinks and process products and also most animal are injected with growth hormones , so don't you think that eating meat products are causing obesity, aren't americans deep frying everything they eat ie: fried chicken plus chips, burgers, spare ribs, and how about or the muffins and doughnuts and pizza's and al those hotdogs and chocolates and candy, i really cant see our live stock eating like humans, can you !

  • @georgesbackyardgym The point is that they make the animals eat so much in such a short amount of time so they can get slaughtered faster that they really just get a lot of meat out of them, but the meat has A LOT less nutrients than if the animals would get "good" food. When the meat has no nutrients, the human body wont feel satisfied and you will keep feeling hungry and the body crave more food to get the nutrients it needs

Um.. yea, Id say they're being fed processed products, to gro faster

  • @Mycenaea my point is as my family and cousins where involved in the meat industry i clearly recalled that the leaner the pork was the higher the price they were paid so trying to fatten them up is incorrect as for to gain maximum weight through muscle mass thats why we fed our pork blood and bone, fish meal and also injected with growth hormones it just wasn't corn, wheat, etc. its all about money and to make more money we lost health somewhere in between.

  • Not to mention the growth hormones in the meat and milk!

  • Good stuff.

  • So can i not eat meat anymore?

  • @BtStrange

Try to stick to grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free meat, in moderation. No cured meats.

  • Its not what you eat, its how much. Control yourselves, fatties.

  • @shadowscion

Actually, you are wrong. Many skinny people eat A LOT and unhealthy foods to boot. What you eat does matter more than the portions. Look up volumetrics. Imagine what 1500 calories of veggies look like compared to one fast food meal which could have the same amount of calories. So you can eat a ton of food if that food is low in calories. Most people who are skinny are that way due to genetics and not diet or exercise.

  • It is weird to watch five of you talk at the same time.

I am outraged that shit food is less expensive.

  • I am a cook in a rehabilitation/convalescent business. 90% of our clientele are overweight, and have severe diabetes. Oddly though, they all have renal failure. Any ideas why?

  • It's annoying when you're trying to gain weight and everybody around you only talks about losing it. I wouldn't mind it, but it feels as though people don't even know that there is such a thing as being underweight.

  • maybe we are being fattened up for the return of our reptillian overlords. what, you've never seen that crappy old tv show, V? =-) of course this is only a joke but we would all shit if it turned out to be true, hahaha!

  • wow i used to like watching beautiful natalie

    so i subscribed

now this ugly cow talks about stupid goat-like material

    promoting ugly in the world

you dont know shit you ugly thing

    bring back natalie!

    unsubscribed!!

  • I like the end description of your videos and the way you provide the navigation menu to the other videos. Thats really helpful in discovering your other videos related to the same domain.

  • So true

  • Globle Dumbing down!

  • People are responsible for their own weight, not the government, not mcdonalds. Nobody forces you to not eat veggies and start eating processed foods.

  • Great video.

  • Great video.

  • "Are We Fattened Up Like Farm Animals?"

    No, just you Corrina...

  • It is all very well to say we are being fattened up like animals but what is the payoff in someone making us fat? we are not sold on a pound for pound basis!

  • @pinballrobbie People gain weight when they consume more calories than they need. The excess calories are converted to fat.

So, the more people eat, the more food the food industry sells.

Imagine if food could be designed to increase people's consumption just by 10%.

The fast food industry and soda industry together bring in 200 billion a year. A 10% increase would means 220 billion dollars.

See Video, "How Fast Food is Designed For Addiction & Obesity"

  • @pinballrobbie the payoff also come from the pharmaceutical who would love to give you pills for every symptom being obese causes diabetes, hypertension, etc.

  • @pinballrobbie i think we have to go to doctor more, Also these fillers are cheap for profis for food mfg companies

  • All the advices that has been given on eating/diet/losing weight...are wrong and it serves only one purpose: food companies.

Eating less and exercise more??....what the hell that suppose to accomplish? makes you more hungry? Our ancestors didn't eat a lot of the garbage that we eat.

    STOP eating processed food.

Stop eating sugar, it's garbage, you might as well eat your TV or pillows...the only sugar is the one found in natural food. Read the Harcombe diet. Eat naturally and normal food.

  • @Corrina - If you don't mind me asking, you look pretty healthy. What type of diet do you eat a day?

  • Comment removed

  • is that a woman at 1:48?

  • Watch Food Inc. & Meat the Truth. I believe Meat the Truth maps out a way to help lobby in the govt. for a better food system in the U.S. I appreciate Corina for her wonderful video but ultimately it's the govt.'s lobbying that counts, which as always, only the people with authority are able to make a change to any communities.

  • @popout886 Corrina and I actually go to the capital and talk to our legislators during the legislative session here in Texas and believe it or not, working with friends we have actually killed bills that lobbyists have claimed were unstoppable.

I agree that ultimately major social issues need to be addressed at legal/regulatory level but constituent letters, phone calls and visit count.

These video are in hope of helping individuals make better life choices.

  • @psychetruth It would be so much easier to make these life choices if the government helped to subsidize ethical farming practices instead of genetically modified corn, soy, and wheat that's used to make processed foods. Too often, the food people buy is determined by the price.

  • @Altois I totally agree with you. I was discussing this with someone just yesterday.

If we just quite subsidizing the GMO corn and put that money on organic farming it would make a huge difference.

Require all good with GMO ingredients be labeled as such.

Make bleaching flour illegal like it is in Europe.

The list goes on and on.

  • @psychetruth

I don't think you understand that this has nothing to do with health, as it has to do with corporatism and political interests. The government doesn't care about your privacy and/or freedom, or your choices on important matters, so why would health matter to them? it wouldn't...this is evident in the recent food raids in california of raw milk and other health foods...brought about by America's very own paramilitary force, or police.

  • OMG there are cookies everywhere!!!!!! WHite bread! French fries!!!

  • cookies are so tasty though!!!

  • you had me till you said evolved and millions of years. quite humorous actually

  • @sylentknight lol she just slipped

  • Overthrow the food industry!

  • @fluffydragonite That can be done partly by planting a garden...even a few food plants indoors helps eat away at their profits and more importantly, it reduces their control over us.

  • im mexican, but live here in america. . The only reason im not fat is kuz me no americano

And sorry, yes, you americano... ;-)

  • Lol she said bullshit, nice

  • this video makes me paranoid

  • Farmer Joe no longer exists. He got wiped out by Monsanto!

  • whoa whoa, Farmer Joe is suffering too. it's the corporations and lobbyists that are associated w/ those corporations that make most of the $.

  • What caused so many Americans to be "obese"?

"In 1998, the U.S. Government changed the standards by which body mass index is measured. As a result, close to 30 million Americans were shifted from a government-approved weight to the overweight and obese category, without gaining an ounce" (Fattening the Obesity Statistics, Arnold Kling, Great Questions of Economics)

    Econlib org / GQE /gqe142.html

  • Fuck the FDA

  • Love these health videos! Could you make one on overeating and portion control? :)

  • I meant to say that it could have been said without profanity.

  • The information in this video about the food industry is helpful, but could have been presented without using explicatives and without making reference to an outdated, fanciful, and disproven theory of evolution. The saying :"You are what you eat" applies not only to the physical, but also to the spiritual - which is even more important. Garbage in, garbage out. We are attacked with enough subliminal messaging already.

  • Your blazer makes me want to vomit.

  • Amazing Video!!!!! Thank you :)

  • Why would you attack the american diet while having an american flag behind you? Either insult the United States or support it, but don't do both at the same time...its confusing to the audience.

  • @Innersky23 Any time someone says something negative about a part of the American life style it is not attacking America. It's not confusing at all to me. Everyone and everything has a downside. If you just compliment someone or sing the praises of something and never point out flaws, how can things improve?

  • @Innersky23 In my opinion your comment is silly. Does everything have to be so black or white? Is anything either all good or all bad? There are some great things about America but there are some really horrible things about our country too. The same could be said for any person, country or thing.

Medical treatments always have "risks & benefits".

We didn't attack America or American's, we just pointed out how the food industry sells us fattening foods.

  • @psychetruth

Okay if my comment was so silly then you wouldn't have been offended. I know people who have fought for the United States, so you can enjoy the daily freedoms that you take for granted, and yet you think about food; which is such a small matter in comparison. Personally, I see the flag behind you as a form of sarcasm, pointing out that Americans might be stupid, and then highlighting the diet as their stupidity, when ultimately most can't afford health foods.

  • @Innersky23 You are the one overreacting to this. I didn't see Corrina offended by your comment. As someone who serves in the military, we fight for people to speak their minds and share their knowledge. Anyone with half a brain can see that this country is far from perfect. You're saying that pointing out the mistakes in our country is unpatriotic? Go live in a dictatorship and see how you like it.

Health foods wouldn't be so expensive if our government didn't subsidize cheap food product

  • @Altois

No, as someone who fights in the military you fight for oil and economic expansion. And anyone with half a brain wouldn't be alive....let alone seeing that this country is far from perfect.

"Go live in a dictatorship and see how you like it"- words of ignorance

If you had "half a brain" you'd realize that these so called developing countries have a healthier population than that of the U.S. That's fact..but I'm not saying it with an anti-american flag behind me.

  • @Innersky23 Don't you fucking tell me what I fight for. I'm not the one who only sees in black and white. Go to Thailand and criticize the king. You'll end up in jail. Go to North Korea and speak your mind. 100 bucks say you won't last long. I actually have a full brain and can see beyond black and white. You think that being patriotic is about praising everything your country does and looking past its faults. I see it as pointing out its faults and figuring out how to fix it.

  • @Innersky23 I wasn't offended in the least. I just thought your comment was pretty dumb. :)

    Things aren't black or white.

There are good things about America and there are bad things too.

Our food and our obesity are bad things.

Our creativity, innovation and inventiveness are all good things.

Our warmongering is a bad a thing.

Our wealth is a good thing.

    etc. etc. etc.

  • @psychetruth

A lot of people say that table sugar is the same as corn sugars. Well the difference is that many animals are fed corn which is high in sugar. This fattens them up, as does the female hormones they are given. Cows for instance typically eat grass which has many nutrients in it, like omega 3s. Our food doesn't have the same nutrients it previously did, and there are hormones added to boot. The number ingredient in most processed foods is corn starch or syrup.

  • @LaMariposaSedosa

The number one ingredient in most processed food is corn syrup or corn starch. Everything is made to be "convenient", well for every convenience there is a trade-off. The trade-off here is that we are not getting many of the nutrients we need. But we are eating everything that is fed to animals, sprayed on plants, and that ends up in our water supply. So hormones, antibiotics, & pesticides.

  • @LaMariposaSedosa

Need I mention that there are endocrine disruptors in everything from perfumes, lotions, plastics, toys, water bottles, to ground water. Also there is a lot of salt in these preserved/processed foods, which hardens arteries.

  • @Innersky23 Maybe it is an insult, The United States is only united though our ignorance not our "freedom". Keeping us fat and stupid is their primary goal.

Nice video! Keep up the good work, keep spreading truth!

  • @TheOmegaeyes

saying through ignorance is a generalization, stop generalizing and maybe you will achieve "your freedom". You say "keeping us fat and stupid is their primary goal", and that statement alone yells 'victim mentality'. You can never be free, let alone happy with that mindset, so stop blaming outside forces for your problems.

  • @Innersky23 I'm not blaming anyone for MY problems but nice way to be presumptuous. It may be a genralization but it's a true one isen't it? Freedom has been being SOLD to americans since the european man took over the land. Who or what would you then like to blame for the obesity epidemic when your choices consist of McDonalds, Burger King, and other chain fast food places for a supposed 'quick' meal? I suppose it's all THEIR fault that's all they can afford, right?

  • @TheOmegaeyes 5 stars to comment!

If the brain doesn't function, disabled by sticoms, video games, porno sites, standard movies etc.... - primitive pleasures like "fine dining" (used to be called gluttony) reign.

  • Corrina, it took me several years to fully change my diet. Going from Mc Crap to deverse salad for dinner is not something most can do overnight.

Can you help people understand what is needed to change diets?

American food is addictive as it is un-healthy....

  • @cyclenut Maybe you can help, feel free to share your story here or send us a message... the main thing got me to stop eating fast foods was learning how unhealthy and just plain disgusting they are. You're right, it's a slow and difficult process. Slow, small changes like adding one serving of veggies each day or cooking at home once a week is a good start.

  • my weight goes form 174-178 from time to time and went to the doctor for something else she said i need to weight 164 to be in my bmi number told her i lost 20 pounds right before the holidays and kept the weight off, and i think weighing 164 would look like im under weight, i eat about 90% vegetation diet and told her im happy with my weight should i worry about my bmi number so much? im only about 10lb over it, i rarely eat out im 21

  • @heat15sw BMI is only one number and it is not a good number either. Which would you say is healthier a 5'6 153lb woman with little muscle (26% fat) or a 5'6 153lb woman with a lot of muscle and little fat (15% fat)? Both have the same BMI. That's where the problem is. BMI is one number. The percentage of fat combined could present a clearer picture of a healthy weight. A fluctuation of 5lbs is pretty normal and is probably water weight. My weight varies in a day by 5lbs sometimes.

  • I am lean and muscular athletic looking, it depends on the person no one is fking feeding people they eat what they want they do what they want. I always consider fat slob lurdy people as stupid people, because only a stupid slob fuck can become fat. They can't even live normal lives not even talkng how horrible they look and how horrible is their health.

  • yes

  • Well better to pack on the pounds than to be starving to death in Africa or North Korea

  • If you eat something you weren't biologically evolved to eat you get fat. Corn + Cows = fat

    Wheat + Human = fat

  • "The claim that the human body is genetically programmed to overeat is complete bullshit". hahahaha That's a very technical term you should to describe that claim, Corrina. hahah <3

  • Depends on what part of the country you are talking about. Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Denver...most are pretty fit. It's the rest of you that need to get it together. :D

  • I love your channel. It would be nice if there were pod casts :) i would download all of them

  • I am totally fat. It's very difficult eating on a poor person's income. Your channel definitely helps. Thanks for all the good info.

I weigh 290. It's not so bueno. But on a good note, i try to exercise regularly. I just went and cycled a 100k in September. :D

  • You look "fattened up" in that blazer Corrina, show more of your tits and toes.

  • @IntellectualsNY Weird misnomer, your moniker...

  • @tvswnet Are nerdy, awkward, slightly asocial men, not allowed to have sexual fetishes?

  • @IntellectualsNY Sure they can, why not? However, in my own opinion, it comes across very UNintellectual and indeed disrespectful to tell a woman to show her tits. Do you not have female relatives? Would you want other awkward, slightly asocial men to be asking them to flash their tits around? And don't you perpetuate your own awkwardness and asocial status by telling her she looks heavy and needs to expose her mammaries when she's discussing a nonsexual topic like nutrition?

  • @tvswnet Well, I'm also a contrary so I don't live up to the myths and stereo types that you just mentioned. I don't care what other people say or do, you shouldn't either, it's a waste of time.

You keep on mentioning tits, but to be honest, I'd much rather see her feet :)

  • Well, I have noticed that when I go to California, I gane one pound a day, during my stay!!!

  • @TheLiight1 try living here.... it's hard.

  • read how to eat fried furries

  • Hw is england nt on the list lol almost every1s fat here

  • How would you like to be one of those fat people featured?o.O

I love how your phrase things Corina. "Total bullshit!"

  • Most food i come across nowdays is unhealthy. Its the illuminati killing u and u dnt even know it. I do

  • Im a loser/anti social/ gay boy for not eating pizza. Thats why americas obese. Im vain for nt eating junk food. Were fat bcause of peer pressure and conformity.

  • farmers get paid zero for fat in their animals. they only get paid for muscles (=meat).

u americans simply eat too much cos u have too much money. eat less. very simple.

  • The problem is not that Americans eat the wrong food. The problem is, they eat to much. I could eat fruits and vegetables all day long and still would be hungry. I need noodles/rice etc as well as proteins. Processed doesn't have to be have more calories. I don't see why I shouldn't eat a 350-400g pizza which has 800-900kcal.

  • @thesmashmaster sry for the typos. How it's still readable. I was eaten processed food while typing it. XD

  • ah again. It should be "Hope it's still...." I better stop for now^^

  • I have always (until lately) been low body body fat lean and big muscles very nice body. Age 25. Always work out three times per week and I don't eat refined products. The only change is admittedly too much BEER!...a six pack nightly. Can you please talk about the effects of too much beer? Evidently much worse than I ever imagined because I gained ten lbs..

For reference: Breakfast: 7 AM one fried egg. Lunch 12PM one banana with another banana three PM. Beer 3:30 PM

  • @MoreGrievances Too Much Beer = TONS of empty calories that turn immediately into fat, also very hard on your liver and digestive tract. It seems like you're starving yourself a bit, maybe if you eat more nutrient dense foods you won't guzzle so much beer out of hunger?

  • @psychetruth Sorry I forgot to mention I probably eat too much food at night AFTER drinking the beer...and THEN after eating almost immediately going to sleep...not good I know. Yeah, this drinking beer has had a terrible effect on my health and needs to stop. Thanks for the info that too much beer is empty calories that quickly become fat.

  • @MoreGrievances Yeah, eating late at night is no good and sleeping after eating & drinking booze is even worse. Sumo wrestlers drink beer at every meal and nap... alcohol slows your metabolism even more. Good luck to you! Try taking up a new hobby or night-time ritual so you aren't so focused on not drinking.
