No. He is singing ina flamenco style. It is a form of pronunciation Gipsys use in song and even when they talk. It is spanish, but some words are distorded. He adds "i" sounds into the words and streches out others. Also he drops letters. The proper word would be "llorado", past tense of llorar. "lloraou" is the coloquial version, specialy for gipsys. I can try to write down most of the song, but there might be some words I miss.
I grew up in Sevilla around Gipsys for many years. :-)
