Jackson is a punk. He plays for money. I like Irvin, he's the only one that defends Wes Welker when all the other tools masturbate themselves over first round joke Santonio Holmes.
@anonymouse1969 oh my my white people still think the word nigger offends people some might but the younger people we dont give a shit unless you say that to my face coward ass hole
Michael Irvin with his loud mouth, jive talkin and a laugh that sounds like a dying man with throat cancer. Please get the FUCK off of my NFL Network.
Well said! It's a business. When you have people who think they know football because they shed a tear over Ed Sabol's slow motion NFL Presents video clips. You will always end up with "fans" who think the NFL is a "family". The NFL is a business. And every time you watch a "series" in Football. You are watching 11 C.E.O.s on offense & 11 C.E.O.s on defense. Players themselves ARE a business. Even assistant coaches have agents. You must look out for yourself. Jeff Lurie sure isn't.
This guy makes Lawrence Taylor look like a fucking choir boy. It is just a matter of time until this schmuck winds up in a motel room (AGAIN) wiith God knows who stoned out of his fucking mind. The guy was and still is a classless piece of shit.
On another note, I saw something on youtube involving Michael Irvin talking about rights for fags... I'm actually shocked that Irvin would say something like that because when he was on "The Best Damn sports how Peroid" in 2002-2003 he was a pure homophobe lol, If I recall correctly he said "They have no right to be on this planet."
His brother was gay. And they had a stranded relationship because of that. Irvin has changed his view because of his brother. He is trying to honor his brother.
Without a doubt in my mind Michael is doing drugs still. This whole summer I have thought that while watching him on the nfl network. I really cant believe they have not fired him.
yall talking crazy Irving was on point with everything he said, and only people who dont play or know shit about the business and nature of football would disagree with what that man is saying. You see dukes nor sapp, who are never at a loss of words, had shit to say! Why? Cuz they couldnt say shit because he was absolutely right!!
listen, this is a damn business, period! Irving is right if that man blows his knee tomorrow you think the owners are gonna say "well he was a team player, lets give him a hundred million for his sacrafices"? Hell no!! they gonna tell you what happened was unfortunate but this is a business and now we gotta cut our loses and move the fuck on!!
So riddle me this: When did wearing clear framed spectacles convince people that you're no longer a crackhead? I'll answer that: Never, he's still crackish.
wtf this muthaphucker be on coke and is still working for the NFL network that nigga should have a little bit of more respect for himself and the NFL network and air the shows sober....stupid cowgirls lmao
@gunnah28 He just dominated the whole discussion and your talking about hes on coke? Your obviously a DICKHEAD , you and the person who made the title for this video.
You're right, but that's what the uneducated do. They insult when they lack the ability to make a point. Michael (who has more rings on his finger than anyone on that panel COMBINED) laid out the business of football. And as he always does. He mixes passion with intelligence. That, is why he has 3 Super Bowl Rings. Idiots can't see that though.
@drbayoms Your wrong! Rich Eison pointed out to Irvin several times the business of football telling him specifically what DeSean Jacksons options were. Irvin (big mouth asshole that he is) just kept ranting on making a complete fool out of himself. Fuck his super bowl rings. What do super bowl rings have to do with intelligence and class. Micheal Irvin is a fucking embarrassment to sports journalism. Thats the business he is in now.
And what does a little complaining idiot on Youtube know about the business of the NFL? I rather listen to the guy who ACTUALLY dealt with an agent in regards to his contract, than the pseudo Juris Doctor wannabes on Youtube.
Chris Johnson took the risk, and now he has 30 million guaranteed. Irvin knew full well what Desean is risking (ie, free agent status). You still take the risk. You just make sure that your career flipping burgers will yield the same success Irvin's has.
@drbayoms And what does a little complaining idiot blah blah blah! Write a coherent fucking sentence you dumb motherfucker. Who the fuck are you to go on a personal attack? You did not even have the know how to answer my question. You just evaded it like the stupid motherfucker YOU ARE. Now get the fuck out of my face you Dallas lover piece of shit. Go suck Micheal Irvin and Jerry Jones dick. You probably jerkoff to their pics at night.
Your question was stupid, and baseless. I actually answered it despite the blatant ignorance of it, and the “person” who typed it. I find it funny that a degenerate like you would feel compelled to criticize Irvin on matters such as “behavior“. Class & intelligence, really? Read your initial statement & the retort you sent me. Now ask yourself this. Who sounds like a “person” devoid of class & intelligence (or even 23 working pair of chromosomes).
Irvin presented his point clearly & vehemently. He uttered not one single profane word. I saw nothing in Michael’s words or actions that exemplified anything other than passion……& knowledge. The SAME passion and discernment that earned him 3 titles. The only one acting in an ignominious manner here, is YOU. I do believe Chris Johnson who was in a similar situation is NOW $30 million the better for his hold out. So that means that Irvin’s sentiment had real validity.
@drbayoms i beg to differ. While Irvin's comments were surprisingly full of insight and I will agree that he made some really good points. However, his over aggressive delivery is where the problem lies. You should be able to have a discussion with differing opinions without it being confrontational; Irvin's demeanor is on the virge of being confrontational.
That was "aggressive"? Try passion. Irvin's greatest asset has ALWAYS been his passion. His emotion in NO way was disrespectful. From the outset there was a contemptuous tone in Sapp's monologue regarding DeSean. Still I respect the "Old School" firmness in Sapp's presentation. Michael countered with equal fervor. The overarching theme on this page (judging by the comments) seems to be the personal disdain for Irvin, rather than the SUPPOSED ignominy of his behavior. Irvin was right.
I truly do not think NFL Network Chairman Jerry Jones ( you did know that right) gives a damn about your opinion. Michael Irvin 3-0 in Super Bowls & a member of the Pro Football HOF.
You, 0-1 in Youtube arguments. I think I will go with Irvin. Also, his name is Rich Eisen you feckless, uneducated bum.
BOTTOM FUCKIN LINE IM PRETTY SURE DJAX IS STAYING IN PHILLY AND GOING NO WERE AND AFTER THIS HE HAVES ANOTHER SEASON WITH THE EAGLES AND SURE HE'S GOING TO GET HIS NEW CONTRACT AND EVERY THING BE FINE BUT THAT IF HE COMES TO CAMP SO FANS AND NON FANS THAT'S THE MOTHER FUCKING LEVERAGE END OF STORY
Don't be surprised if he leaves the Eagles after the season is over even if they put the tag on him cause it would be a waste of money to have a disgruntled player that doesn't have the desire to play for you're team
Bottom line Jackson deserves to be paid cause he worked his ass off from the ground up not like how all the free agents came in and got they money upfront. That man outperformed his contract so he deserves to get paid and he never caused a scene about it like T.O. but say if he gets a career threatening injury then what? he's screwed financially because that team was too cheap not to pay him so its only right to do business first then get on the field later. And if they don't pay him
And Warren Sapp of all people is now trying to tell someone how to be a professional? This is what happens when sports writers are the "gate keepers" to the NFL HOF. These guys who were great and deserve to be in the Hall (like Sapp). Some how feel a need to "repair their image" with the conservative writers who will ultimately decide their "fate" in regards to the HOF. Some might say Sapp took Oakland money and then laid down on them.
4.)Try reading this article from 2005 (Favre: Walker is selfish). It is amazing how idiots actually worshipped a douche bag like Favre. But as long as you keep a cozy relationship with the sports media. You will get away with washing down a hand full of Vicodin with Jack Daniels and NOT be called out about it. There are more people addicted to PRESCRIPTION DRUGS in America, than there are people addicted to ILLEGAL DRUGS. So if Michael is a drug addict, so is Favre
3.)The Eagles refused to pay a guy who gave McNabb his best season EVER. A guy who played on 1 leg and finished the game with 9recs for 122yds. Philly’s tough guy, “we don’t budge” act has led to a 1-5 record under Reid/Banner in NFC Title games. And a 0-1 record in the big game. You don’t sign V.Young before the guy who NEVER complained to the media about his contract. He outperformed his contract, PAY HIM. That is business
2.)The Eagles are notorious for being cheap. Even in the Norman Braman days. And last I checked Philly sits in a division that owns 11 Lombardi trophies, with NONE of those trophies belonging to them. I wish people would STOP acting like this is a top flight organization. Football is a business. You get what you can and what you feel you deserve. Every player is their own CEO.
1.)When you have 3 SB Rings and have won at least 1 Title in High School, College & the NFL. You can say whatever you want when it comes to the business of football (as long as it’s not about a teammate). What Irvin said was clear & correct. Take the 30k per hit to protest, THEN REPORT on the last day possible. He will recoup that by the end of the yr with a new contract. If Philly continues the stupidity by waiting. They simply must Franchise him or pay MORE than the next team to keep him.
WELL I THINK MIKE NEEDS SHUT THE FUCK UP HE SOUNDS LIKE A FUCKING CRACKHEAD TELLING DESEAN HE SHOULDN'T BE WIT HIS TEAM SO ANYWAY HE'S COMING BACK SO MIKE CAN SHUT HIS I SUCK UR DICK FOR 2 DOLLARS AND DINE LOOKIN ASS UP SERIOUSLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rich heismen didnt understand what he was saying in the beginning. irvin was saying that the eagles need desean jackson to win the superbowl. desean jackson is backing the eagles into a corner is what irving was tryna say.
lmao its almost like jamie dukes knew Irvin was on something you can see him smiling like he was expecting it and the part where he starts talking bout javon walker is hilarious
Irvin's a douchebag ! I can not believe the producers were not yelling in his ear to calm the fuck down. Spitting all over. Repeating his own words to every comment from Rich Eisen. DOUCHEBAG ! and BTW....sure as hell looked to me that he is still on crack !
Irvin was speaking the truth. He's very smart and observant and doesn't just say shit to get a rise out of people. He backs up what he says and you can't argue with it or else he'll come back and shut you down. Very few guys left like that on these sports networks. Dilfer is another one. I'm always interested in what they have to say because they really study the game and always have different views from the others who are only there to collect a check and make stupid jokes.
Why is that? If the Eagles has shown us anything since the SuperBowl has been played starting in 1967. That would be that they won't be the team standing on the podium regardless of what free agent acquisition they sign. 11 Lombardi trophies in their division. Not 1 is sitting in the lobby of the Philadelphia Eagles Headquarters.
