That's old news... This video was taken 3 years ago and was badged as an allure. Father in law is head office in Oshawa and was given this for a couple days. 0-60 in 6.4 I highly doubt it felt like a slug. Maybe 8-9 seconds

Sounds like the 3.6... I was never impressed with these cars. GM just can't get it right for some reason with these vehicles. I love the interior, but for some reason all the performance out of every single engine is totally lackluster. Even the 2.0 turbo is garbage!

This is coming from a former GM employee and current driver!!

Even the 3.5 TL is faster in a straight line with one less gear and a motor without DI!

Motortrend tested the 3.6 CXS and got a 0-60 time of 6.4, beating the last ES350 they tested (6.5).

They have 4 different articles on the acura. And one was a comparrison between the Auto TL and another car. They stated that they got 0-60 in 5.9 in that car.

No...you are mistaken. Motortrend has a road test where they achieved a 0-60 time of 6.4 seconds. Not too shabby for this big sedan. And more importantly it beat the Edmunds time of 6.7 for the TL-SH AWD

The TL got an INITIAL 0-60 of 6.7 By edumunds, WHICH is faster then the 7.5 Seconds to 60 that they got in the 3.6 LaCrosse CSX.

And by the way, The lexus ES did 0-60 in 6.9 Secconds according to edmunds as well...

And by the way, motortrend Gives a 0-60 at 6.5 For the TL And 0-60 AT 6.6 SECONDS FOR THE BUICK! YOU FUCKING LIAR!

The TL pulls almost a full G on stock tires and motor on all review sites.

The reson its slow on low end is it had a 0-40 tork limiter system. you can get rid of that but you will disable traction controol and abs systems. But you gane speed and a good amount of it i have a 2007 cxs lecross and i did it to mine
