at the bootom of the wellgate there was an old pend just past the left corner, next to it was an old sweetie shop. my gran lived in that pend up the old stairs. If you have a shot of the wllgate I might see my grans livingroom window.
sounds like you gran lived in peter's street, it's still there today. I remember there used to be a pet shop just down the pend on the right hand side.

David Winter & Son still operate from Dundee but now are based in Dunsinane Ind Estate, Dundee.

someone told me dundee was rebuilt in the 80s because part of it was falling down, and that loads of trains got burried under a hill.
