  • Great video! I've created a 'Curvespiration' facebook page to promote healthy and beautiful body ideals - I only made it yesterday but I hope it will grow, and stop so many people becoming consumed by eating disorders as a result of unhealthy body images. Please support the movement - I'd be really grateful if you had a look :) AVERAGE IS PERFECT! :D

  • i cry when i see all the thinspo vids on here talking about how "beautiful" it is or how "ana" which as we all know is just anorexia is your supposed friend. STOP LYING TO YOUR FRIENDS AND YOURSELVES ANOREXIA CAN AND DOES KILL

  • Nice video

  • I love this video, finally someone speaking up for the dangers of anorexia and not glorifying it.

  • thank you so much for this, i am a recover(ed/ing) anorexic and for some masochistic reason i just spent a good 15 minutes watching thinspo videos,... i really needed this. and i think a lot of deluded people do too. let's enlighten them, and be good examples! personally, i want girls to look at me and not feel triggered. i don't want to be a part of the problem. i don't want to perpetuate the cycle. thanks again for your inspiring and empowering video. <3

  • @Jinx8602 yeah the masochistic reason would be the good ole eating disorder. grrrrr. I found myself on a pro ana site and flipped, I can definitely relate to the wanting to inspire rather than despair or trigger. Glad you appreciated the video.

  • The girl inm last picture is not morbidly obese. She is simply a bit fat.

  • I agree (from a health point of view rather then an anorexic point of view). To most anorexics tho to weigh that much would be preceived as morbid obesityand be unthinkable, or unfathomable to actually exist that way and not feel terrible.

  • I liked the parts where the true anorexic viewpoint is expressed: "slop glamorizing" and "if she knew."

  • @LizaiTebalise so true...I mean some days I look at people trying to get eating disorders and think with so much frustration how about you take mine!

  • i love the fork pic

  • @porcelain100 yea it's super cool =)

  • 0.52 That's me!

    I'm so honored ;)

  • oh cool! I had no idea! Thank you so much for being part of the realism-pro acceptance love yourself thing!

  • ♥

  • you're pretty!

  • I agree!

  • wow, cool vid! the forks were funny...btw, do u really lose ur voice? i thought one just gets weak to speak.

  • hey I didn't notice you'd commented on this vid...you don't technically lose your voice but you lose the courage to speak for sure that its almost as if you do

hehehehe I love the forks that's my fave I think!

  • wow, great video! I like your irony and sarcasm SO much :D

    is alanis singing there?

the picture about 'beauty is averageness', was that from the study where they tried to create the 'perfect face'? I've heard about that! very synchronic and like a baby.

we truly have the responsibility to teach our children better and to change for the next generation.

your last 2 sentences are STUNNING!! you're so inspiring

    much love always honey

  • hey gorgeous

thanks for your comment and suggestion (I'll get back to that in another msg lol.), yeah the study it turns out beauty has more to do with approachability then the insaneness we burden ourselves with.

I totally agree, if my daughter ever thinks she's fat I'll cry! It will be positive body image 101 from that moment on I promise you!
