  • Notice how Robs pushing the same amount of weight as the guys who are taking growth hormone! Impressive. I like how Rob doesnt hide any secrets in his training, he tells you everything - his diet, weights... etc. Some videos from the likes of Plitt can be de-grading to any1 who isnt in shape, whereas Rob is constructive..

    The only thing suggesting anything in this video is his phrase "I'm on a diet, I'm getting lighter but I'm getting stronger" Which is certainely un-natural and something one would only suspect from Winstrol/Anavar.

  • I have short bicep muscles so my question is, is there any way to solve this problem? I searched for it and the most say that it's genetic so that i have to learn live with that I have a gap between my inner elbow to my biceps ( bicep tendon is short).

  • @dimivc just keep getting bigger. eventually your bicep will get big enought so that the gap will be gone. i had the same problem.

  • @dimivc Try doing more thumbs-up exercises (as opposed to palms up) to isolate the long head more.

    Also when you're curling, on the eccentric part of the rep, try to stretch out as far as possible. You'll find this harder, so try using a lower weight.

    What you could do is do stretch curls towards the end of your bicep workout, with a lower weight. So just really stretch the arm all the way on the way down (rest elbow on knee or preacher stand) then bring it up slow.

  • Thank you! finally someone that tells the truth and states that you CAN do cardio, diet and keep your muscle! I am sick of all these so called "trainers" saying your going to eat your muscle away from doing these things! I never had a problem with losing muscle when I train and do tons of cardio to get lean, diet but at the same time train really heavy! thanks Rob!

  • @rgcoolm yh its true, you can start eating through your muscle if you train your cardio TOO much but as greg plitt said in a video, exercise at a pace where you can still have a kind of reasonable conversation but you are feeling the heat building in your body...thats the best level to be burning huge amounts of fat before reaching muscle and its how most fitness models in the world do it

  • @shane82ts82 true that or they cycle...so off season they roid to the max and come off before show and drug test time, not suggesting that rob is or does that...even if he did, kudos to his effort and dedication regardless!

  • @shane82ts82 considering his age and his physique i would say he is natural. his bodytype seems like an ecto-meso because his bone structure is small and he isnt that tall and he keeps fat off easily even on bulking cycles. with that bodytype anyone with a proper diet and workout plan made by professionals could have a body like his easily
