The only problem is getting a high fire rate and getting balls into the feeder, especially if your looking up. If you were to make this, I would try to make some kind of spring loader inside of it to ensure that the balls are bring forced into the feeder at all times.

@Ikillzu1 this loader is designed to be used ONLY on a cyclone feed. So if you have a Cyclone feed on your 98, it will work. If you have a standard feedneck, it won't work.

@christower50 to me, a cyclone feed is a way of keeping it mechanical while still being able to shoot up to 15 bps (unmodded) if you really hav eto. If you're gonna shoot for 2 seconds straight, 15bps, thats just a waste of paint to me. Here, the cyclone functions as more of a chamber than anything.

Try looking specifically for Krylon "FUSION" spray paint. Also with plastic it helps if you scruff up the surface (slightly) with plain Brillo then clean it with rubbing alcohol to remove and oil or any other residual contaminates that exist on the surface to help the the paint adhere even better.

i like it!! i might seal up the back of the bod tho and load it from the front caz i want to make it kinda a force feed with like a big(but not verry powerful) spring behing like a little cone cylender and have that push the paintballs forward so theres no tilting needed caz i play like a sniper i lay down most of the game and i dont want to have to keep tilting my gun forward

What size screws did you use to connect the tac cap to the pod? I'm a little confused on that part...I wouldve thought that the screws would poke the balls when they climb into the cyclone feed. But obviosuly i works for you somehow.

i have a 98 custom right now but getting a new gun in october. cant decide between the a-5 or x7(a-5 in a tux is what i always hear)?..either 1 with response trigger though. when i get that ill make a bulp loader or a tac-b loader for it. anyways on your gun thats the tippmann a-5 expansion chamber kit right? its the only one i saw that wasnt a magzine expansion chamber kit, for the a-5..but if im right about what expansion chamber it is...you can keep the front grip on, like your pic?

yeah i did but it does look like the one he shows on this vid.checkout pt2 to see how he does it.or do like me and heat the ramp part cutout and bent it. oh and those wings cutout from hopper just didnt work for me so i cut them out. all i need for hopper was the bottom part,cut a inch above the bottom ring that connects to the cyclone and then the wing for the ramp.cut the pod so it fits over the cyclone.i used 4screws to hold them together.used the hopper screws had to cut to size.hopethishelp
