@Worldwiderecorders Not sure if I totally agree with all your percentages, but I do agree that hard work, proper eating, and adequate sleep did account for 90%. I would say food 30%, training 30%, and sleep 30% with supplements remaining 10%. This is what everyone needs to understand about supplements. If you're not already doing everything right, giving it your absolute all, and staying completely focused and consistent, then you're going to do nothing but waste a lot of money on supps.
@AirForcePower88 No its not actually when I first started training I thought if I just get a perfect workout schedule I would get huge I trained smart and hard, I got results but barely any than I added the diet my results got twice as good slowly added in sleep results came up really good and sometimes I stopped training cause I lost time but I kept my diet and sleep I maintained everything but of course I only stopped for half a year anyways its just my opinion :D cheers mate

Don't overtrain them, do several different moves to hit them from different angles, but your number one movement should be some sort of suspended or decline bench full-range situp/crunch. It's the technique that is key here. Arch your back as you go backward letting your hips press forward. If you're on a decline bench, only your upper shoulders should touch @ the bottom of the movement. Use some weight. High rep is good but do some heavy too.

You can't go wrong with BSN's stack. However, i'm using Gaspari Nutrition's Superpump 250, Plasma Jet, and SizeOn right now and truly think I'm getting better results. I'll be posting a new video of those results in a couple months.
@blaze7412 Either start sipping your Cell Mass about halfway through your workout so that you finish it at the same time as you finish lifting and then take your True Mass about 15 minutes later, or just slam your Cell Mass immediately after and 15 minutes later take your True Mass. I'd do it the first way. And I don't think it'd really be that big of a deal if you took them @ the same time. Some say that the two may compete for absorption, that's why I'd maybe give it a few minutes between.
@ the time of this video, though I never maxed out, I'd say I could have probably put up 385 once. I have really long arms so bench has never been a strong lift for me.

Hello, what was your routine, I mean if it was maximal strength, maximum volume, dial, tone, definition, what was your routine in the gym, and what was the charge of BSN to be addressed.
I do abs on M, W, and Sat. My favorite movement is regular old situps. The problem is most people don't do them correctly. On a decline bench, put your fingers on your abs. As you recline backward, arch your back, creating a curve in your lower back and stretching out your abdominal wall. Lean your head back and go down until the crown of your head touches the bench. As you crunch up toward the top, curl your abs inward and squeeze with everything you've got holding for 2 seconds, then repeat.
I do Cardio Wednesday and Saturday, nothing on Sunday. My cardio always consists of interval training, whatever I choose to do. Usually, I'll put my heart rate monitor on, jog for about 4 minutes to warm up, and then I'll alternate between sprinting until my heart rate reaches 175 and walking until it's back down to 150. This kind of cardio spares muscle, makes your legs, heart, and core stronger, and burns more fat than maintaining a steady pace. I'll go for 30 minutes and burn 700+ calories.
I lift 4 days/week doing non-competing super-sets. 2 upper body days, 2 lower. Day 1 (monday) is pushing/pulling, ex. bench/bent over rows, incline db press/seated rows etc... I do the mor complex multi-muscle group movements first doing lower rep, heavier weight and my movements become more isolate throughout the workout as the set rep scheme moves from 5x6 to 4x8 to 3x10 and finally 2x15. @comtonalex light cardio on a treadmill and strength training you can gain strength while at the same time losing weight. I lost 15 lbs in last 3 months while at same time getting bigger+stronger.
I only did cardio on Wednesday and Saturday and it was mostly sprints. My weight workouts involve supersetting opposing muscle groups with very little rest in between so it's almost like a cardio workout while you're lifting but your muscles still get plenty of rest between sets. Works great for getting shredded.
I did this while working 60+ hours/week wiht a 20 minute commute one way. Plus, I was alternating between dayshift and nightshift every week. So nobody can use "I don't have enough time" as an excuse. I am 6'3" and weighed 235 @ week 8 of the video.
Haven't personally tried NO Explode, but I have tried Superpump250 which didn't mix at all and it's lasting power was dismal, I have also tried NO-Shotgun and that shit is friggin AMAZING!!! V3 doesn't taste bad but as I have not tried NOXPLODE i cannot compare, but it and has protien and stuff as well. Overall, I'm like addicted to the crazy pump that comes with (probably a bad thing,lol). However, the result are there. I will definately try NOXplode next and see how I like it.

That's what the lighting is for. To show the definition gained. That's why they use the same kind of lighting for bodybuilding competitions. If they simply shined direct light straight from the front all the pros would just look like HUGE people but you wouldn't see all the cuts. My friend is a professional photographer and she says you have to have lighting right or you can't get good shots on fitness models and bodybuilders.

Stay healthy and rest enough u can certanly achieve that in a period of time and more even. I do Cardio Wednesday and Saturday, nothing on Sunday. My cardio always consists of interval training, whatever I choose to do. Usually, I'll put my heart rate monitor on, jog for about 4 minutes to warm up, and then I'll alternate between sprinting until my heart rate reaches 175 and walking until it's back down to 150. This kind of cardio spares muscle, makes your legs, heart, and core stronger, and burns more fat than maintaining a steady pace. I'll go for 30 minutes and burn 700+ calories.

I lift 4 days/week doing non-competing super-sets. 2 upper body days, 2 lower. Day 1 (monday) is pushing/pulling, ex. bench/bent over rows, incline db press/seated rows etc... I do the mor complex multi-muscle group movements first doing lower rep, heavier weight and my movements become more isolate throughout the workout as the set rep scheme moves from 5x6 to 4x8 to 3x10 and finally 2x15. I only did cardio on Wednesday and Saturday and it was mostly sprints. My weight workouts involve supersetting opposing muscle groups with very little rest in between so it's almost like a cardio workout while you're lifting but your muscles still get plenty of rest between sets. Works great for getting shredded.

Haven't personally tried NO Explode, but I have tried Superpump250 which didn't mix at all and it's lasting power was dismal, I have also tried NO-Shotgun and that shit is friggin AMAZING!!! V3 doesn't taste bad but as I have not tried NOXPLODE i cannot compare, but it and has protien and stuff as well. Overall, I'm like addicted to the crazy pump that comes with (probably a bad thing,lol). However, the result are there. I will definately try NOXplode next and see how I like it.

HEMO-RAGE works really well but the come down from it feels suicidal.

K, so what I was eating. For me, I consume 40-45g Protein, 45-50g Carbs, and 15-20g Healthy Fats every three hours. I alternate between full-on meals and what I call "mini-meals" which consist of Protein supplement, nuts or nut-butter, and fruit. I get 8 hours of sleep or more. I don't drink. I was, of course, doing the BSN stack of NO Xplode, Cell Mass, and Nitrix. Another great tool is "The Ultimate Meal" by Ultimate Life. I have this twice/day to get all my vitamin requirements.

That's what the lighting is for. To show the definition gained. That's why they use the same kind of lighting for bodybuilding competitions. If they simply shined direct light straight from the front all the pros would just look like HUGE people but you wouldn't see all the cuts. My friend is a professional photographer and she says you have to have lighting right or you can't get good shots on fitness models and bodybuilders.

I was taking NO Xplod, Cell Mass, Nitrix, and Lipo 6 as a cutter. I was lifting monday, tuesday, thursday, friday. I was doing Non-competing supersets with very little rest in between sets. I think it's the most efficient way to train. I was eating every three hours. 45-50 grams of protein, 50-60g complex carbs, and 15-20 grams of fat. I weighed 215 with about 10-12% body fat when I started. By week 8, my body weight was 237 and I had cut my body fat to 4-5%.
