Always get a kick out of the fact that the cast list at the end of this trailer lists "Edward G. Robinson" above "Humphrey Bogart." Bogart had always played a supporting role in their earlier films together and had only recently become an A-picture leading man, while Robinson had been one since 1931.
Claire Trevor was incredible & last billed. Won the 1948 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in this pic. An accomplishment considering the actors she was surrounded by. Trivia: One of the Indians at the front door is Tonto from The Lone Ranger -- a young Jay Silverheels. A heavy-set henchman Dan Seymour is famous for many roles in the Superman series. Marc Lawrence appeared toward the end as Ziggy, he's from "Hold That Ghost" & "From Dusk Til Dawn." Yes. Don't believe me? Check IMDb.

This is a great film. One of my late grandfather's favorites -- he showed it to me on TV when I was young, and I still love it today.

Please could someone tell the name of the background music played by orchestra and violin?

@merkurijs
IIRC, it's just part of the score by the legendary Max Steiner who is probably best known for composing "Tara's Theme" in Gone With The Wind.
