  • Thx for posting this video... This is the real truth behind LA Raza and UFW and the Cesar Chavez movment... Vary few know the truth about this.. This should be in textbook in the American history class... And better yet it should be in the Asian Pacific American history books... ang tunay na kulay talaga a real Filipino American sprit.. thx you... Arizona was part of this too btw..

  • sure no problem... anything to support the cause to let the real story be herd.. this really needs to be tought in school, they kinda breez by it or try to go around it... Chesar chavez would not of got his name with out the manongs and Secend and third wave of Filipino Americans.. We had a speaker for the AZ Aloha Fest he was part of this and the sugar cane fields in Hawaii.. It's cool to see older people that can share the true history that we don't know much about...

  • I can't wait to see the full documentary version of this trailer. I have read the Philip Vera Cruz memoir and talked to the sons and daughters of Filipino farm workers. It's really a history that can be told with more vibrance and color. Looks like this video is going to do that.
