on the push ups I like to have my guys come back through...dip like you are going under a string attached to your elbows thenpush backwards through it to starting position. Then do ballerinas, opposite foot to opposite hand only touching one leg at a time, then break dance, like over unders, switching from bear crawl over under to crab walk fast.
