I just bought some purslane at farmer's market and it tastes YUMMY!! It's got a slightly sour taste and jelly-like texture, probabaly where the omega-3 comes from.
The quality of your videos is astounding! I think I must be subscribed to every raw youtube thing out there, and yours is by far the highest production value!
Unfortunatly, I live in the city of Pittsburgh and do not have a yard!
