  • Great video! I dio a similar thing for a living but on a smaller scale.Farmers market and CSA.Where I live ..Nova Scotia Canada....92% of our food is imported where as 50 years ago we produced most of it ourselves.I'm sure this is similar to most of N America.Food is shipped thousands of miles. What happens if there is an interuption in the fuel supply? how will people eat? There is only a few days supply of food in the supermarkets! There is NO reserve! Anyone have a solution???

  • love the plant, people and the dogs. they are lovely.

  • I discovered CSA's on Sara Snow's website, and I immediately looked for the one closest to where I live (Okemos - I'm a MSU grad student). I really want to start buying locally and organically for my husband's and my health and to support farming. My dad grew up on a farm in Maine, and most of his brothers are potato farmers still. I've always been a city girl, so I can't wait to sign up for your CSA next year and participate! See you at the Meridian farmer's market!
