@TheYesMan71 Queen Sheba is a ridiculously powerful demon. According to the fluff, the mere attempt of summoning it would kill a normal witch. Note that there's white hair in it as well as black: Jeanne was helping out. And presumably she needed to weaken Jubileus before she could punch her into the sun.

@AlexMercer17 The aesthetic designs of the buildings and vehicles don't really look like anything made in Terran history. Plus the technology isnt particularly more advanced. At least not by a whole lot. So an otherworldly setting of some sort seems like a fairly reasonable assumption.

Not neccesarily extra-terrestrial, but possibly an entirely different plane of existence. One which Earth can be observed from.
