@kevinsapokguy Justice League Unlimited episode: Epilogue. It ties up any loose ends from the beyond show, and is the ultimate ending as well. The JLU writers deserve like 2 or 3 emmys just for that.
I love it. how though they make Animated Series's about the other Heros. like Superman, or The Justice League. they ALWAYS make Batman the "focus" somehow. xD
@Lawliethatake the government believe that the world couldnt go on with out batman, and they knew he was aging, so the injected terry's old man with bruces dna. they were then going to kill off his parents so that he followed the same path as batman, but plans changed at the last minute. his father died later on, however, and bruce took terry under his wing.
Seeing Bruce's mid age crisis was the most dramatic and climatic thing that I've ever seen in my entire life. And I only have one! And I'm glad i exist in the 20th century!!
Part 3. Wow, this is pretty damn cool! Spiderman, Wolverine, Thor, Captain America and all the other Marvel heroes are great, but still, The Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the Justice League rock!!!!!
The finale is especially poignant in "Epilogue" with Terry flying over Gotham.
For long standing fans of Batman The Animated Series it's a great tribute to the opening of "On Leather Wings", the very first episode of The Animated Series and the start of the DCAU.
But the most impactful moment for me will always be when Batman suits up for the first time. Even Alfred is shocked and terrified by what Bruce has become.
I love that last one, its definitely inspirational, and when she left on a quest for vengeance, he got all he needed in an answer that would make him fulfill his destiny. Batman.
What some people need to realize is that these are the top moments in this person's eyes. If you really truly have a problem with it, don't gripe about, make your own.
how could you not have THE defining scene from Batman TAS as #1????? I'm glad it was in there, but that scene, "I am vengeance..." is what defined Batman for me throughout such an epic tv series.
If this were truly DC's best moments, and Smallville had a place in them, shouldn't the Flash series, and the Batman, Superman and Co. movies also have a place?
I would get rid of all the soapy Smallville moments and put in the ending of Batman Begins, the ending of Superman II, Flash and Luthor exchanging bodies, and Batman rescuing Ramirez in one of the Batman: Gotham Knight shorts.
The song is called Nara, by a band called E.S. Posthumus. They do lots of trailer stuff (the old Spidey movie trailers come to mind) and the entire album is awesome. Go get it.
can you tell the name of the album i just finish downloading 2 albums one named Luna Sans & Piri Reis Remixes but i couldn't find that song would really appreciate it :)
imho I would have put Superman's Lost Life above your #1 but that's just me. To see him give that up almost makes me cry every time I see it. For a moment I thought Timm and Co. where making a big mistake because when he comes out of the Black Mercy I fully expected him to kill Mougle. Other then that the list is very well done. One other little thing I think (again imho) the "That's not funny" line from the unedited version of "Return of the Joker" is better then the last laugh.
great ending. can't beleive ive seen all the moments exept that one though. and im happy (superman lovers dont hate me) that it ended with a batman thing, cause he has more depth. more pain. more of those epic moments.
Epilogue is my favorite episode of anything in the entire DCAU. I especially love how the end of the episode exactly reflects the beginning of the first B:TAS episode.
damn thats kool as hell man! keep em comin! by the way, it would have been a cool ending if batman and his girl got struck by lightning at the end lol

some moments that I think are really fitting are some of the ones with Batman and Wonder Woman.
for example, the part at the end of the Brave and the Bold episode of JL, where batman is trying to dig Wonder Woman free from under that missile.

@Lawliethatake Bruce didn't sleep with Terry's mother. The government messed with her husband's DNA so any children they had would have Bruce's DNA.

a cool moment not in here was from perchance to dream(btas) when bruce n mad hatter are on the tower
Mad Hatter: Ah, "Are you the dreamer or merely part of someone's dream?" That was just the question Tweedledee put to Alice in Through the Looking---
Bruce: This isn't some silly storybook!
Mad Hatter: Ah, but it is. It's a beautiful story. You have love, wealth, a family, all you ever wanted, your own private Wonderland!
Bruce: No! I won't live a lie! No matter how attractive you make it!
