I don't think Metallica are bitches about what happened, and it wasn't just them suing Napster. The reason all of that went down was because the master of I Disappear was stolen from the studio and put on Napster before the song was finished and it wasn't only Metallica. Eminem had the same thing happen with one of his songs and some other people (like Dave Matthews entire album)as well, Lars was just representing everybody who had unfinished music stolen and put online.
