This has forever been the ONLY Christmas album I ever really liked. It is Salsoul through and through, and to me, it just doesn't get any better than this. It is a delight to listen to, and an even greater one to dance to. God Bless Vince Montana and the Sound of Philadelphia.

Hm, the singing is so ABBA, so white-sounding, so trashy/campy/kitsch/superficia­l/distanced/crazy/mad and un-musical. The saxophone sucks. Sorry I love Philly- and Salsoul. The rhythm is great, the singing and the sax sounds terrible, except the choir-singing. Trumpet is OK.

@healhurt ... sorry it took so long to respond but i spent the entire day on the phone arguing with the producers. i finally got them to agree to pulling the entire album so we won't have to put up with it for another christmas

@SlightlyEdgy Not sure I got you right. But I hope not anyone let my feeling decide a release! I am really sure there are really truly VERY MANY who LOVE the Sigmas and the sax here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have deep respect for them, though my words may sounded disrespectful. I just think it sounds out of tune with the music. Anyway, people love this, so please don´t let my thoughts ruin anything. Maybe I should sorry, because I truly love Philly, Salsoul and the Sweethearts even!!

I rock december every year. The salsoul orchestra is what got me started. I begin the day after thanxgiving. I love to see, how many ways merry christmas and happy new year can be said. I am a very intense person, ans i reset my entire life every new years day, just like it was on a calendar/clock timer. (oh it is)!
