  • @ctycolour so he's not allowed to sweat anymore now that he doesn't have anxiety?

  • it's been 5 years since the last time i drove a car. My anxiety is full blown now. Is there any way i'll be able to drive again? I was in Richmond, Ca last week, my friend asked me to drive his car, i felt like i was going to die. Feels like this anxiety is taking over my life. Any comments or soulutions would be much help to me.

  • @2010ajohn first question - do you feel that kind of anxiety being alone in the car, when no one even knows you're in it? if not, then simply start by sitting in the drivers seat, igniting the vehicle, changing gears and so on.

Take a piece of sheet, write "not driving a car" at the top and "driving a car" at the bottom, then fill in all the tiny steps that come to your mind - just brainstorm it.

  • @2010ajohn And if you don't feel able (it's not a matter of confidence, but the ability too!) to operate the vehicle, then go get some lessons. Remember, you're not the only one on the road.

  • all these guys say they overcame anxiety but there also perspirating quite a bit while making the video.. so obviously it still effects them.

  • @ctycolour maybe it's just hot? maybe it's just the light reflecting off his face. He has a lot of warmth in his eyes. I believe he has truly overcome his anxiety.

  • thanks i feel a little better know after i saw this video i feel calm
