  • Whatever happened to the 3 second rule? When one person speaks, the other(s) wait an estimated time-frame of 2-3 seconds before replying. It's the basics of conversational skills. It also shows courtesy & that you are listening while the other person is speaking, not thinking while the other person is speaking. Or is it that it's a television show with a pre-calculated time-card to fill?
