My mother just went and got the new 2011 Ford Edge Sport. It is so awesome ! Especially all of the screens in the speedometer zone and the sound system is amazing !

I have a 2010 Edge - I absolutely LOVE it... I actually am not too thrilled with the new outer design of the 2011 body - it seems  to lose a bit of character for me and looks a lot more generic - especially from the rear view - I also like the break-light casings on the 2010 better with it's silver accents - Overall though I am still extreemly happy with my purchase after a year - I think the edge is going to be one of those vehicles that may well become an Icon.

Worked at the KC assembly plant for 8 years. Worked in Paint Trim Chassis and I.P. lines. I would never buy a FORD. They are cheaply made and way over priced. The workers that build your car are generally drunk or high. I've even seen beer cans in door panels numerous times. Management only cares about production not quality. Many laws are broken in production.

I'll admit that the domestic automakers have done some nice things recently. Still probably not enough to turn me over from imports tho

More power usually means less MPG. Warning, gas prices will eventually rise again and these bigger engine autos will be worthless. I will wait for the next 2-3 years before buying anything. NICE FORD, I bet in 5 years Ford will offer 300 hp SUV that get 35 mpg....

You can fit a big turbo on the 3.7L and get about 455 without major engine changes but the transmission is not rated for that much power.
