The kid throw stones on a police car, so the police officers delayed him and took him to a close police station.

In the video you can clearly hear the police officers saying to the mother of the kid "Boi, Taali La'Oto" (2:07) which means in Hebrew "Come, get on the car". More than that, you can clearly see a hand (of a Palestinian citizen, not a police officer) that is pulling the mother from the car (2:25), and then she starts crying.

Those are the facts, and you can't argue with them.
