July 09 I sent the following message to most all Canadian,Japanese,UK,China,USA,French,Russian,Holland,German, Indian and Australia newspapers. And on (21/11/09) to most every Minister/Senator and Presidents/Prime Ministers in those countries.
You know before the ancients, it took the indigenous tribes of every continent thousands of years to acquire the knowledge that we have to share the sacred responsibility of the caretaker role; to ensure the perpetuation of our species.
There will be some financial suffering, although minimal by comparison, as its necessary to prove to the landlord we want to keep on paying the rent.
Seventeen years ago I studied a couple of semesters of Environmentalism, when the subject was still in it's infancy and largely conjectural. Now like most of the scientists today, I am convinced that climate change is occurring as a result of human interaction.
The evidence on a global scale is too exponential now.
While I don't have the power of Mr. Gates, Murdoch, Bono or Gore, I'm utilising the resources within my means. As the benevolent Robert F Kennedy Jr has quoted "it was imperative governments stopped bankrolling big industrial polluters by providing millions in subsidies". "If the market place was level and subsidies to oil and coal companies were scrapped then vital renewable energy sources such as solar power, could compete and prosper".

Do us and your nation proud, ask your government to vote the necessary 40% reduction in emissions by 2020 and Zero emissions by 2050 at Copenhagen.
Time is short...The window ever smaller....Stand Tall.

Fundamentally, we need a global collective, to put pressure on the bigger players to induce the neccessary change.
