a good song I always imagine a prehistory a prequel to humanity. An alien race that watched over us, and the evil ones took over, and I am watching as one influential leader is murdered. the murderer comes to me, and syas "you shouldn't be here, why are you here?" And then goes on how they plot to keep humanity from ever rising up to its true potential. It was a weird dream yea I was listening to this and day dreaming of that. don't judge. I have a vivid imagination.
@abiiizapanda It's talking about a guy who's about to tell some girl his feelings for you.... It's pretty long so I can't type the whole thing but that's the gist of it.
This video gave me a feeling i've never had before, because of the artistic expression. I don't know if this is what you were going for, but it seemed something along the lines of media mind control and consumerism, and then concluded with a representation of the reality of human nature, and how life would be without corporate manipulation. I know thats probably wrong but I just got an overwhelming feeling towards that sort of thing... meh.
so I tried my mom's new noise cancelling headphones and just played this song real loud and i now understand what it feels like to have an eargasm radiohead ftw!
This is probably my very favourite song. It's so deep and so beautiful, you just lie there and imagine... Radiohead must be understood in a certain way that makes it different than the things people listen to now. Radiohead is real music, it is imagination, creativity, pure works of art. It's love and description of life from an angle not many people can view it from.
Lol talk about insane auto-tune; this puts t-pain and the like to shame and it's not even considered auto-tune vocals completely. Great drawings, btw. They really put an image to the song.
@Xz0mb1eHunt3rX Dude are you a fucking idiot? The voice is ment to not sound like a human at all, the notes aren't generated to be 100% matched perfect. Just because it sounds robotic doesn't mean its "auto tune" Look up radiohead live, you will see they put shit heads like t-pain to shame because of their lack of live talent.
@heth6 There's no need to get hostile. I even said that the vocals are not even really considered autotune, just that it kinda sounds like they are. Basically, the overall point I was trying to get across is that Thom Yorke's voice is amazing and he gave voice-changed vocals in this song that were better than any other artist I've heard use. That's all.
@ReeceHughesRocks Yeah I agree on that. Yorke's voice doesn't need autotune, it's amazing. He just used different vocals in this song for mood and sound.
Nah, he's definitely saying 'come on kids'. Beforehand, he sings 'the rats and the children follow me out of town'... so it kind of makes sense. Pied piper reference, I believe.
haha i still do...im the only one who understands the meanings in my really crappy pictures in my folder...and i wouldnt want to have it any other way ;)
Flintcraw, your work is inspiring and true, the way you put drawings to illustrate life is interesting and the radiohead music behind makes it have an eerie feeling.
You're seriously gifted.

haha, it's funny that auto-tune and radiohead are so far removed from each other in the music world right now, i've never even thought of that before
