Great tutorial been following it through and getting a great rig built. One little thing around 4:30 you mention setting the in and out of the shin bone to 2 or 3, when I think you maybe meant 0.2 or 0.3, just in case anyone gets confused. Thanks again for the "toots" :)

The only thing is my "bendy bones always go totaly twisted and it look really bab!

What is your trick....?? apart from a bit of in and out? What could i've mess up?
