Breast Implant Surgery - Reasons to Exchange or Replace

Hello doctor,

I had my implant done about 15 years, but 9 years before that i had a reduction (unfortunately),

Now in of my breast i the skin is very , very thin. its almost transparente. I think i can see the dark color of the implant. my breast got dowm (i can hold a pencil now. this one that i have problems in much lower of the another. My two breats are not in the center anymore but soft as always.usually what the doctors do in this case. Thank you very much. loved your clear video!
