The wording of NDAA as a Legislative Issue is no different than mental terrorism, and that too is illegal. Everyone I speak to about NDAA has no idea it even exists and the people that do say it's just another news article and it's nothing to be concerned about. I wish more videos like this one would make its way into everyones brain. Impeach Obama now. Excellent video.

You may recall me mentioning that I told a guy that what we did to Libya and Kaddafi was unconstitutional and the guy said "f**k the constitution we got him didn't we?" Well I just showed him a newspaper article about NDAA and he looks at me and says, "they can't do that...it's unconstitutional" then I reminded him of what he said about the constitution when we were talking about Libya and Kaddafi. It was a real Kodak moment.

I'd like to know why we need an additional law such as National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 imposed on us when the Patriot Act which was shoved down our throats does the same thing. The Patriot Act refers to US citizens as "subversives" that can be detained without trial or representation under national security laws. Why the hell do they tack this piece of tyrannical garbage on top of the Patriot Act? I guess they really want to stick us all in a FEMA camp.

There is only --one-- way left to get rid of the NDAA bill and that is to challenge it directly in the Supreme Court on the grounds that violates the Constitution. (one of the boxes of American Politics- The Jury box)
