is bogus. The Dept. of Homeland security will bubble fresh-water reservoirs that are wide open to biological attack.

They will spend funds to increase train track safety to insure train cars which carry toxic chemicals, CROSS Country, are not at risk for de-railing and spilling chemicals which would kill immediately, communities where the accident might occur.
