wtf the women is sitting there smoking a joint, she obviously paid for with money she could have used for food. you should start passing out job aplications instead of giving those people what they want....a hand out.,

My name is jean and I wanted you to know that the woman was not smoking a joint. In all the time I have been doing this I have not had one person smoking pot there. Some of the guys still roll their cigarettes. I have never smelt pot once. I'm not saying someone might but not when I'm feeding them. I hope the clears that up.
