@GreatBlue6 I imagine she's rarely, in this album, singing about a husband/dude, but about her ego, who she refers to frequently....the voice...the one who tells her "it's impossible". It's a battle between her ego and her love, which is her God. It really is a higher battle that she sings about...so cool. this song is so beautiful. I remember playing this 5/6 years ago when I was going through a disasterous one sided relationship, and I really couldn't see beyond the darkness of it all. I needed peace of mind so much.
