(The Captains) voice is 80% good, nice accent, but could be more german tho.
(The Engineer) sounds like a little child, which i dont personally like, he should sound like the Sniper. Much darker voice! Cmon engineers has oil and motorgas in their lunges, it have to sound really rusty :D
(The Sniper) sound fine as said above. A little bit more effort and hes g2go.
(The Pilots) voice has to be like the voice from the engineer but much more childish.
This must be made. Though it seems more fitting to have just one person under his "command." IT works better, because it seems like he isn't anything at all, it's just something they do. No actual command.

The Captain's voice is fine, more German would make it incomprehensible.
As for the Engineer's voice, agreed needs to be dealt with.
The Sniper voice, is good, like a grunt.
