to me the best team on the game is the cavs because lebron can't be stoped and when u start getting double teamed u pass it to either delonte west, mo williams, daniel gibson, or wally zerbreak. and they would hit threes all day. and that team on that game has one of the best defenses that is underrated

the graphics,presentation of course roster updates the more diverse defense lockdown......the worst thing about this game is that a player like Kobe is unstoppable perfect defense doesnt stop him and the whole damn Lakers team catches fire they all jack em up from anywhere and i mean anywhere and nothin but net even on hall of fame. Thats frustrating

There are games sorta like what you are talking about Alvin. They're mostly online MMORPG's though like Freestyle Street Basketball (not like real life Draft and whatnot) but you do control your own player and play against others online. Too bad it's closed now...

kobe doesnt really have a sig shot. you can never see his shot cause hes being locked down by some great defender. its kinda hard to imitate, but all the 2ks did kobes shot pretty well
