  • a journal is a great idea! its different from a diary cuzz it includes your feelings thoughts. this will help you understand more about yourself & why you act the way you do. so you can reflect on it & learn from it.

  • damm i havent got enough time to do this at the moment with exams. i really want to forget about the SA for now and make exams prioroty. then sort all this SA shi*e out!
