Here's a tip for the triplets. Strum the 1st yellow note and hopo them. Make sure to keep the green note anchored ALL the way (hit it a bit later than usual, cause of registration). That's how I FC'd it. =)

thanks. haha, yeah this is why Ziggy was #39 for me. I'm alright with the solo, but the trips got me most of the time.

i did actually get a 100% run w/ 2 overstrums the very run before the FC, so i think i had gotten the hang of the trips a bit better. another thing is that the tempo slows down, so the trips arent the same speed throughout.

whats with covering the screen? i have seen witwix do this too. is it to reduce a glare?

well basically, it psychologically makes you think that its hyperspeed.

the notes look like they're scrolling at you faster because you're given less time to react. also i like the perspective that the towel gives.

some songs, like the Breaking Wheel, i take it off though, depending on whether it helps to see ahead or not.

Does it actually seems like hyperspeed is their? Because i have a big screen tv with my ps2, but i have a smaller tv for my 360. (Which i play GHII and GHIII on) and i just borrowed my friends copy of GHI and it seems the same.

it depends on how much of the screen you cover. its not just covering half of the screen, you have to cover part of the fretboard as well.

but you'll have to experiment with how fast you can react to the notes and stuff as to how low you want the towel.

just play a few songs with it fairly low down and then play a song with it completely off and you'll see the speed and perspective difference.
