  • @yangster84 With 4300k, it would be better then Halogen headlights. People with 8000k or above would probably have a harder time, since they are mostly for looks being you start losing usable light at an increasing rate the higher you go above 4300k.

  • did you have to adjust the headlights when you installed them? just bought a set, also lookin to install hids in them one i have em. im guessing that the 4300k is like a pure white?

  • did you lose your high beams with these

  • @ripperdeluxe High beams sucks on this cars anyway

  • 4300 is the way to go if you dont want unneeded attention, plus make sure to invest in some projectors as using old school light housings cause the light to glare up to high and blind drivers, its not nice.

  • is it true if you don't have a projector unit there illegal because the original headlights that came with that are where halogen?

  • @gt5fx yea it's true. some cops don't really car but it pisses people off when your blinding them. Older cars use reflector headlight housing and scatter the light while the projectors make the beam more spread out and direct.

  • @Xavier1EXE that's true.. i onced installed a 6000k hid in my 2005 kia sorento which hass reflector headlights and i guess it was really blinding.. cause people were trying to throw things on me when they past by so i decided to take back the stock halogens and install those hid's in my mazda 3 with projector headlights... projector headlights are better with hid's=) no glare and you wouldn't worry about people throwing bottles on your car LOL

  • @REVandEVO lmao yea you wouldn't want someone throwing a beer bottle at ur windshield and shattering it XD

  • Not exactly right, some factor HID heads come with the big reflector housing and not fogs. It's more about what bulb the headlight was designed for.
