Continuing from what I said again, It was DJ's turn to use some of his krumping moves on Grant (from now he knows that DJ is South Central LA & this really got him disgusted). but the Mu's forgot one thing that they didn't get on tape. The move that Duron did at his last krumping competition (that got Grant surprised and confused). And in the end Theta Nu Theta are the new step champions (which angers Grant & Zeke). In the end we all learn a big lesson that in the end greed will get you nothing.

Continuing from what I said, Grant also find ways to get get DJ out of the competition like going through DJ's past with the law about his brother's death and immediately he gets suspended and kicked out of the nationals. But Dr. Palmer (a Mu Gamma himself) decides to let DJ go to the competition instead thanks to his daughter April. When the Theta Nu's and the Mu Gamma's were in sudden death mode Grant uses DJ's moves from the tape (that got DJ confused and mad and scared).

This movie talks about greed. In the 1st part the Thug Unit was winning a lot of competitions but when DJ's crew won that night that when it all happen The Thug Unit ambushed them and Duron got Killed and DJ still got the money to this day. In the 2nd part Mu Gamma Xi hass been winning National Step Championship 4 the past 7 years and when DJ shows up to join Theta Nu Theta, around the time in the pool scene one of the Mu's videotape DJ's dancing and Grant uses it for the Step championships.
